Hmm I'm assuming PS4 and 720 would still have all the 3rd party support of the Wii U and since the PS4 launched at 299 Then PS4 would probably dominate the 8th gen. Japan market isn't big enough to fight off a 299 PS4.

Sony went bankrupt for underpricing the console and selling at a huge loss again. Nintendo so behind with the Wii U decides to buy all third party publishers, gets loans and can't pay shit so they go bankrupt as well. As a consequence, Xbox without opposition, becomes the best selling console.

I'm pretty sure aliens would invade the earth and there would be an epic battle for the survival of mankind involving mecha.
