I would love to see an open world RPG title and a action / hack n slash comparable to God of War from MS. I think both of those could be big money makers for the next Xbox

Id love a new open world RPG. Not sure if Id prefer a futuristic sci-fi type one or more fantasy setting.

I'm really interested in all their new studios. Without a track record it's super hard to tell what type of games they rock at and which types of games they suck at.

If Crytek's Ryse is still in the works, I am betting that will meet one of those criteria, plus be Kinect 2.0 heavy.

I think I read somewhere that 343 wasn't just going to make Halo games, but they might start working on something else as well as Halo 5.

Any idea how big the studio is? Theyre gonna make at least another 2 mainline Halo games. Id like them to chip in with a Halo Wars 2 and maybe Halo 2 Anniversary also.

The beauty of 343i is that we know for a fact what series theyre working on anything else would be a big bonus!

Lionhead:

I want Fable 3 and without Peter there to push the team in wierd directions I want it to be more like Kingdoms of Amalure in gameplay and exploration.

 Rare:

All I want is a Perfect Dark 2 with 100% modern gameplay. Maybe a new Conker.

LA Studio:

If the do TV type stuff I want a Halo TV show. ODST as a weekly series. They could visit all kinds of worlds and fight tons of different enemies and maybe even meet up with some famose Spartans from time to time.

Splosion Boy and Splosion Girl

Black Tusk:

Whater ever their "next Halo" shooter is I know I'll enjoy it. It c ould be sci-fi or modern combat for all I care.

343i:

Halo 5 and Halo 2 Anniversary or Halo Trilogy Remake Collection

Turn10:

Forza 5, Forza Horizon and maybe they could split a team off to do a Project Gotham Racing.

MS Redmond:

MS could really use something like Uncharted. Not a Tomb Raider/Indiana Jones game, but some kind of big cinematic adventure that appeals to more than sci-fi fans or shooter fans.

They must be quite big, or must have quite a lot of skilled people working for them, cause afterall, they were given the gigantic respnsibilty of making Halo 4 with no previous experience of making games. 

What I would like to see is

- Next gen rally game, rallisport challenge style long open tracks.
- Kameo type game
- Realistic flight sim, revive fsx, full mmo style.
- RPG set in ancient Egypt.
- Space combat sim set in Larry Niven's known space.
- New space adventure / RPG set in Isaac Asimov foundation series.
- God style rts game with the from dust engine.

More than 300 people work at 343 industries. That was back in September 2012. Right now, there are still 13 positions to fill.
