For me personaly Beyond is one of my most anticipated games this year.  Both The Walking Dead and Beyond is an Interactive movie/Point Click Adventure so will Beyond be more successful than the highly acclaimed The Walking Dead form last year?

The Walking Dead has a 92 on metacritic and has sold more than 2 million on XBLA (correct me if I'm wrong.  I couldnt find the XBLA thread).  I'm not sur ehow much it has sold on other platforms but i assume that walking dead could be anywhere from 3-5 million copies sold.

The Walking Dead has brand power behind I'll better compare Beyond: Two Souls to Heavy Rain and it won't sell as much as HR.

I honestly doubt it - beside being multiplat, WD had successful TV show to help it achieve status it has now. Without downplaying qualities of the game, I really doubt we would see such success if it was not for AMC's show.

How much did Heavy Rain sell?

dont think so unless they greatly improve the writing and voice acting that made heavy rain a very laughable experience for me while the walking dead had fairly good writing and voice acting and made me actually feel empathy for the characters. talking strictly reception wise...sales wise i think it may have a shot but i dont know how well the walking dead actually sold

Also The Walking Dead is like 25$ on PSN, Beyond is sure to cost 60$

What about critical praise though?  Nobody is really answering that.  I dont think it will but I hope it can recieve a 90+

The Walking Dead was a huge success and gave TellTale the chance to expand. And the 2nd season is very highly anticipated. But on the other hand The Walking Dead ist 20€ downloadable game and Beyond Two Souls is a full price retail title.

So my guess would be, Beyond will will a bigger income, but The Walking Dead will have bigger profit margin.

Is there a demo or something we can judge?
