The Playstation Vita just had a price cut and some hot software is coming, so, is the future bright or bleak?

My prediction is: 25 million lifetime sales for the Vita. 45 million if the PS4 is a sucess (The stream gaikai thingy will be a sales increase factor in my opinion).

How about you? What do you guys think?

Yes, I think it will have SOME impact, not huge, but, some, like, 5-8 million direct purchases for the feature. However, that will generate momentum and hype, wich, in my humble opinion, can generate another 5-8 million units.

So, I think that, IF, the PS4 is a HUGE sucess (I am talking 15 million units a year in the first 3-4 years), it can happen. Of course, I can be wrong.

Yes, pretty generous, but, keep in mind, I am thinking LIFETIME SALES, so, it would be, in 5 years, like, a million or two extra sales.

I use the WiiU as a base for this afirmation, part of the enthusiasm it got was because of the stream thing, so, it is plausible to imagine that 5%-!0% of PS4 users base will want the feature as well.

Max=50mil (good number but its 1st year puts stress to its name imo)

That is actually very plausible as a worst case scenario, if it keeps selling 5 million a year and last 5 years before Sony give it up.

I said something similar in another thread, I predict it'll be anywhere between 10 - 90 million.

I really think that it will only pass 30 million if the Playstation brand as a whole gets VERY VERY healthy (sales) in the next 2 years. 

Maybe around 50 mil.
