So...

3D Mario

The Legend of Zelda

Metroid

Mario Kart

Super Smash Bros.

Donkey Kong

Pikmin

and a shitload of other upcoming high quality first party titles is not enough to convince you? Even with that avatar?

That's odd.

Edit: I might also add that there's a somewhat cheaper alternative regarding your connection issues:

Rather than selling the entire console. Oh well.

Well, 500GB and 1 year of plus. You'll be playing a hell of a lot more games, that's for sure. Of course, your rather rash action is only justified if you didn't own a PS3 before and missed out on many years of great titles, not to mention PS Classics you may also want to revisit or play for the first time too. If that's your case then of course getting a PS3 was a non-brainer.

I bought a USB adapter for my Wii that I believe is compatible with Wii-U. Might've solved your problem with wifi (I much prefer using a wired connection as well).

It's a shame you couldn't find enough to like about Wii-U at the moment. All I'll say about it is: if you're picking up any of the eighth-gen systems, make sure to WAIT before they have the games you want before buying them. Don't buy them on the promise of X or the "expected release date" of Y.

It's the example I always use, but I wanted a Vita at launch. However, I waited until it had 3 games that I REALLY wanted (Gravity Rush; WipEout 2048; LittleBigPlanet) and a load of peripheral stuff that I would be willing to try out (in my case, that was PSP titles). In Vita's case, that only occurred in October of last year, when LBP released.  But it made my purchase justified in my mind. Even if Sony killed Vita tomorrow, I would be happy with my purchase.

So I'd say don't buy your Wii-U back or a PS4/Nextbox until you're sure it has the games to satisfy what you want from a console.

And incidentally, I hope you enjoy your PS3. It's a good console with an incredible catalogue of games; especially if you're new to it, there will be so much you can dip into.

I feel so sorry for you that Nintendo can't come with the same amount of games and quality like the PS3 that is only 7 years on the market.. Nintendo didn't expect you to want over 100 quality games 3 months after release.

You don't feel good games are coming to Wii U? Unbelievable, just take a look at this trailer I made. Those are all quality titles and VERY varied in genres. There should be a game for everyone.

Only the fact alone you're saying: PS4 and Xbox 720 are coming up! proves your a biased gamer. There are almost no exciting games announced for PS4; the same shooter and a random platforming that is wait-and-see and multiplatform games other consoles (even PS360) are getting. Even a Sony-fanboy has to admit Wii U has a better line up of announced games than PS4. Xbox 3 isn't even announced and there are rumors it won't be a real gaming console.

Biast gamer? Dude anyone on here will tell you that I am a Nintendo fan through and through. The only difference is that I call it as I see it...a fan of Nintendo or not! Your out of your tree if you say that PS4 will have no exciting games coming. There has only been one tiny anouncement for PS4...it hasnt even had its 1st E3.

As for WiiU, they could have done small things like releasing the virtual console with a good supply of games! Some apps for the tablet, ANYTHING. But no release a small amount of games most of which are ports!

It was a brutal launch....bottom line.

The Wifi was probably garbage because you didn't enter in your DNS and your ipv4 address into your wii u! Also your gonna miss out on zelda. Also, you shouldn't have traded it in if you were going to get rid of it. EB games ripped you off.

Actually the wifi is garbage. 1 in every 4 matches of Black Ops2 would fuck up. The other 3 of 4 matches I was running around with 1 bar running through walls and shit. This NEVER happened with my PS3 online. My tablet and cell phone dont have a problem with the wifi. I even had my router sitting right on top of my WiiU i was so fed up! What really sucks is that you are not given an option about it....your stuck with it.

And as far as I know the PS4 is going to be released with ethernet. So yes companies are still adding ethernet ports. And it's such a cheap option. But it's good to give the customer a choice right?

These are bad news, my PS3 works fine with the online stuff, I am pretty regular at KILLZONE and SPEC OPS The line matches.

Try the KILLZONE 3 multiplayer, it is good stuff.

I don't really care much for nitendo after the wii, but wouldn't it have been better to put that money towards a ps4 or the next xbox instead.

Yes, you will regret this.

Yes, you made the wrong decision to buy the Wii U so early

This is exactly what I recommend. Who buys a console so early and then expects to be wowed over and over again from the beginning? I would hope no one. (Unless, of course, you are a NintenZombie, like me, who buy's everything with a Nintendo logo on it. I just can't help myself!)

Trading your Wii U already after being only 3 months on the market and giving up hope already?

I believe you acted impulsively as in the long term, this platform will have great content. Nintendo avatar and yet you traded the platform for a PS3? Change your avatar. How dare you. Iwata-san is crying.

this^

i dont want to be rude, but people sometimes can be stupid. giving up on a 3 months system because of the lack in games?

if you buy a new system, search for actual games and upcoming ones. you cant expect 20 great games each month.

nintendo made a ful list of games till march (except rayman legends)
