The moderators would all be super hereos because most people only like the mods when its convenient for them. A janitor is also an acceptable title for them.

As for me I would just an average office worker by day but by night I would be the weird guy who dresses up like a girl or wears various videogame character outfits for no reason at all. Also I've had one psychotic breakdown.
