Is the battles turn based? I didn't quite get it from the video.

The game looks great though, reminds me a bit of xenoblade (overworld).

Awesome, thanks Soriku!

Quite like the voice actress then went with for Milla. Doesn't seem too keen, although hard to tell from this video, she didn't say much.

As a side note, I wish they'd hurry up with this. By far and a way the JRPG I'm most interested in this year.

Yeah this is the game that I want to play pretty badly. I'll rent my friend's PS3 when it comes out.

The voices are ok. I just hate how it's so off-sync with the little animations on the top left.

It looks fun.
Are the other characters controled by the A.I ?
Is it open world?
I'm interested in this game but I've never played a Tales game.

Not really, its like a Final Fantasy but Action RPG battle system instead of turn based.

Recommend playing Tales of Phantasia for SNES/GBA/PSX or Tales of the Abyss for PS2/3DS :O! (Also Tales of Eternia for PSX/PSP)

No Tales of Symphonia? 

(And if you have played Tales of Abyss, how is it compared to the other games? I've heard that it was one of the more mediocre Tales games)

Out of all my experiences/discussions with people (including friends) one of the main reasons why Abyss was hated is because it was seen as the main tales series installation on the PS2 (Western wise) that rivaled with Tales of Symphonia (which a lot of people loved and glorified).

That would make sense. I really enjoyed Symphonia.

Some days ago, I found a original copy of Tales of Symphonia in a store near my house but I didn't have money to buy it. But now I have money so I'll get it soon. RPGs are not popular where I live, so I don't think anybody has bought it yet.
