Which one do you like the most out of the two?  Leave out biased opinion like I like Microsoft so I like Avatars, or grrr I hate Microsoft so I pick Miis.

Just tell me which one you like more.  Personally I like avatars because the artistic style is nice and you can dress them up in a number of ways.  You can even give them there own props.  Rare Ltd did a great job with them in my opinion.  I've went on the record before as saying I think Miis are little abominations but I may be alone on that opinion.  So let me know what you guys think.

No matter what I try, I can't do anything that makes my avatar not look like a total chode.

Useful wise? Miis

no seriously I haven't even created my own avatar on 360 yet and I've had it a couple of years now

The Miis looks pretty bad compared to the Avatars, though I will say that my niece spent more time on her Wii designing Twilight Miis than she did playing games.

I still wish Sony had gone with a more anime style for Home than that awful generic style. Still, for the rest, I prefer actual picture avatars. The Friend Network on Vita looks to be a HUGE improvement over Home. http://www.flickr.com/photos/playstationblog/8507972030/in/photostream/

lol i always feel the same way with miis.  I can never get mine to look right, so i gave up on it.

I pick the avatars for offering hairstyles that are at least somewhat similar to my own.

Hard to say, I feel like Avatars were started as basically a copy of Miis so that makes me not want to like them as much (don't get me wrong I think both are pretty useless) but Avatars have many more customization features and I can respect Microsoft for just not copying the idea fully but adding to it.

So from the choices I say Avatars, but I'd be okay if the focus shift away from either for both Nintendo and Microsoft.
