Now as some of you all may know Microsoft allows Rare to develope games for Nintendo handhelds since they do not pose a threat. At the same time Microsoft and Rare makes money off of them.
Albeit it’ll probably never happen, but Rare has given a slight bit of hope for a future Banjo-Kazooie release on Nintendo’s 3DS handheld. A fan on Twitter asked Rare directly about the possibilities of a Banjo-Kazooie remake on 3DS and Rare promptly responded with the following: “Anything’s possible, even if it’s not very likely :)”. Bear in mind, this is in no way a confirmation that Rare is or ever will be developing anygame for the 3DS, but it’s certainly possible for them to. The likliehood of this happening, however, is very slim with Microsoft’s own portable offerings on the market now such as the Windows Phone and the Surface tablet. Though admittedly it certainly wouldn’t play as well on either of those devices!
