your arguement is extremely flawed.

how do you know how long blu-ray will be mainstream?
how do you know ps3 will only last 5 years?
how do you know that a cheaper wont have a bigger effect than a cheaper 360?


i'm not saying you're wrong, but the way you constructed your post was as if you had something to back it up with.

I think the PS3 + 360 will sell over 100 million units. But each one alone? No.

As Sony has stated, by the time the Gamecube and Xbox was able to shipped 4 million units, they were able to shipped 30 million PS2s so yes, that number was very spectacular. How many Xbox 360s and Wiis do you think will be sold by the time Sony ships 30 million PS3s?

I don't know, is being released only in Japan for most of that time considered an "ordinary year"?
