Nah, they count. Project Spark is far more an exclusive than Titanfall, especially since if you don't own any MS console you're forced to "upgrade" to Windows 8 if you want to play it!

As Tacos said, Titanfall may not be completely exclusive to the X1 but it's not coming to PlayStation platforms officially right now. This has been used quite often as ammunition by others. "X1 has Titanfall, PS4 doesn't". It has been one of the most hotly debated topics since E3. The term 'exclusive' has been used quite a bit to describe the differences between those two consoles. Trust me when I say that Microsoft and its followers have not been shy to call Titanfall an exclusive. Few people care if the game is on PC when it comes to a debate about which console has it better. He also made a joke when someone jokingly said "it must be Sonic Lost World". He made the comment, "Robotnic doesn't count". Which he followed immediately with wondering whether or not he said too much with that joke.

I thought they said you'd have have windowns 8. And because of that i went down to best buy with the intention to buy windows 8, then then i played with it for a while and walked out of the store, not worth it. I'll have to go back to check out 8.1, see if it's any better. 

It is. Well, at least, you have a desktop for starters xD It is still not better than windows 7, in my opinion, but a vast improvement over Windows 8.
