That edit username is for the real name thing they are putting in. A ps4 game(unannounced) developer is posting on gaf about the UI a bit. Look for username KennyLinder.

Yeah I think the developer on gaf said that they can be shown without being signed in. You might be able to disable that. I think he also stated that you can send a friend request using either the persons name or psn ID.

No I don't think he said. He said the game is unannounced though. Hopefully he's not on an indie team. Would be sweet if he was ND or SSM employee that will start posting there to answer questions when the game is revealed.
