ME:
Hello ladies and gentlemen of Tequila Works! I'd like to congratulate you for keeping the flame on (Unfortunately, Spanish game developers are infravalorated and we do not stand out, sadly) and for having shown one of the most interesting titles at Sony's Gamescon: Rime! After Deadlight, this sure is a change of mood!
I wanted to ask you some things for VGChartz.com, because since Rime was shown, a lot of questions have popped up, and we don't have the answers; I can understand that you might not be able to answer everything I ask, but by having read this message I'm already satisfied.
Here they go:
a) The most important question: Is this game entirely exclusive for Ps4? Will there be a port to PC just like what happened with Deadlight?
b) Do you have a release date?
c) Are you planning to go back and work with Microsoft, or try with Nintendo, in the future?
d) What's your opinion about working with Sony?
Thank you for everything :)
THEM:
Hello, Damián.
I'll paste the answer of our CEO, Raul Rubio.
Manami Imai, Tequila Works
"Thank you!"
a) Rime is fully exclusive for Ps4. Check more at our press notes. (Spanish only though, but if you want I'll translate it).
b) Too soon to tell :)
c) Who knows! Right now we're happy with Sony and their way of doing things. So we hope we'll keep like that for a long time. However, if we do work with Nintendo, we could brag about having worked with the Big Three!
d) They do understand what "entertainment" means. We have total freedom regarding our project and they support everything we do or propose. To put it bluntly, it is the best experience with a publisher we have ever had. You just only need to see how they treated and approached indies with the Ps4, and how they appreciate small but original and unique propositions. Murasaki Baby for Vita is an awesome crazyness, for example!
