New game from JapanStudio but which PS console? I'm betting PSV, but it could be PS3. Highly doubtful it is PS4.

Please do! My favorite series, period. MGS1 and 2 were the game that caused me to grow facial hair and gain massive gains in the gym (when I was a kid). xD

You'll have to be mindful of the older titles. The gameplay may seem archaic, but the story in the great majority is well told. Some have issues with MGS2's story, but I thorougly enjoyed it. I have more concerns with MGS4 since I thought he was trying to please the fans more than anything else, but that's besides the point. Get em and enjoy em.

Yeah, I've heard lost of great things about the series and this seems like the perfect time to get into them with MGS 5 coming out sometime.

Every time I see a video for MGS V I tend to  :O
I truly can't wait. Without giving away anything, MGS has spread over different timelines, and I find I am most interested in the timeline that relates to past events. MGS V should reveal a significant chunk of the story that is obscured, and it seems to be a step closer to connecting us to the original Metal Gear games since they are further along (in time). I couldn't play those over again though. I played them when I was a kid, but I'm really beyond NES stuff, so I just wiki'd the story for a refresher. xD These days I find myself having a hard time playing older games, with the exception of timeless games like Street Fighter 2, Crash, Spyro and a few other games.

Cool, I'm looking forward to it.  And that's exactly how I am.  I have a hard time playing old games, unless it's, like you, Crash, Spyro, and some other classics.

Naughty Dog just stated that The Last of Us is very close to going gold and they have news regarding ps store release soon.

Naughty Dog has announced that there will be a digital version of TLOU and it will be playable as it is downloading in the background!!! Looks like they are testing the feature for ps4.
