Yeah I liked Auron and Lu Lu. I seem to gravitate to the more mature characters in Final Fantasy games and those two were also a couple of badasses to begin with. I enjoyed the energy and fun that Rikku brought. I honestly couldn't stand Tidus or Wakka. Yuna was a bit too uptight, traditional, and girly for me but I didn't dislike her. Kimahri.... ugh. No personality. Sad thing is I can say that I didn't hate him whereas I wanted to see Wakka get offed. Didn't matter how. The more gruesome the better.

Yea, can't say I disagree on Tidus and Yuna. Not many characters I gravitated to in that one (apart from the aforementioned ones), even Seymour, and I generally like bad guys in any media. I liked him to an extent, but I wasn't rooting for him like I normally do with villains.

 

Wakka and Kimi didn't register much for me. Rikku was cute and innocent, albeit useless, but I think I liked her potential more than her actual delivery.

I'm itching to play it again on Vita, but .... I guess in the summer when I get the time.

If Square wanted me to hate one of their characters they succeeded with Wakka and they made me even more hateful in X-2. The guy who is about as sharp as a gorilla with down syndrome having a seizure bangs the chick with the nicest pair of tits in a Final Fantasy game since Tifa and she just so happens to be HIS DEAD BROTHER'S WOMAN!!!

Never played X2 lol I really want to try it due to the divergent opinions concerning it.

I enjoyed XII, but I never finished it or anywhere close.  It was just the wrong time for me.

Yea me too. I was doing entrance exams in high school when I got it and just never bothered to finish it lol My PS2 is back in Latin America and I'm not going there any time soon, so unless it is redone in the vein of FFX/X2, I won't get my chance to complete it.

The last FF I completed was X. If I don't see hints for a remastered XII then I guess I'll get it on Amazon and keep it there for later. My problem is my backlog is mega huge. At the rate my piles will be taller than me. Then I have XIII and the follow up games to contend with as well. :/
