Yep yep only ustream or twitch.  I believe that was the only way they ever said someone would be able to watch.  Not sure if there was a feature they talked about or not.  They do have that upcoming feature where someone can take over someone else's game, but that is only when someone is streaming as well.  And it won't be available until PSNow is out since it's apart of that.
