The TLOU dlc looks like a pretty great package, if you're still playing the game online, unfortunately I'm not and while I'd like to try the new difficulty mode, I'm not too hot on paying for something like that.

I have to say though, Sony sure are making sure to milk that game for money, I mean Left Behind was already quite expensive imo and now with this announcement they are seriously hellbend on selling the season pass to people again.
