As long as both speeds are the same type, it shouldn't matter.

If one thing says 32 and the other says 4 though, then those could be identical if one is bits and the other is bytes.

I'm pretty sure they are both the same and in bytes. I'd have to double check that later. Either way,.. it's still odd.

Yeah I only found that Mbps doesn't equal Megabytes per second. I always wondered why downloads weren't lightning fast.
