Don't give up so easily. :( If you chose to go for the right platinums, it does not take very long. Uncharted 2 only took me 4 1/2 days, Resogun like 3 1/2, The Walking Dead is a great game and essentially a free platinum in like 2 1/2 days or less.  

Who says I'm giving up? I never give up on anything XD. I never was going for loads of plats so I haven't given up cause I never started. I'm just trying to pick up the odd trophy here and there.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but my internet provider, PS4 and many other devices during connection tests show numbers in the Mb/s scale, and when I download something it is usually shown in the MB/s scale. That's also the one that I naturally think of. I don't think that connection speed may vary so much as 25 to 3 MB/s between a test and real time download.
