Also, all the NPC civilians, are scanned from actual residents of Seattle, they had a casting call basically and scanned tons of people.

Atually they did make it pretty clear that Cole is dead. That he has become an important historic figure like Che Guevara. I might've heard wrong but I think they said that the game was 15(or 50) years into the future.

Infamous: Second Son takes place 7 years after the good ending of Infamous 2.

I'll pick it up on PC, I just hope my laptop can run it. Might be Running 720p and no effects but it's better than spending the 800-1000 dollars for my PC right now. If not, at least i'll have the game when i can spend that cash.
