Hey guys, it looks like there is 4 beta test servers for FFXIV:ARR? (might be mistaken)
We should pick one and also decide on a starting nation. Your starting nation depends on your chosen starting class. So, if we all pick something different we'll end up someplace far from each other lol.

Here is a list of the nations, and the combat classes they have.

Ul'dah = Gladiator (Tank), Thaumaturge (Caster), Pugilist (Melee DPS)
Gridania = Conjurer (Healer), Lancer (Melee DPS) Archer (Range DPS/Support)
Limsa Lominsa = Marauder (Tank), Arcanist (Healer/Support)

These are the requirements to unlock jobs:
The beta level cap is Lv20 but I thought you guys should know this anyways.

Warrior = Level 30 Marauder + Level 15 Gladiator

Paladin = Level 30 Gladiator + Level 15 Conjurer

Monk = Level 30 Pugilist + Level 15 Lancer

Dragoon = Level 30 Lancer + Level 15 Marauder

Bard = Level 30 Archer + Level 15 Pugilist

White Mage = Level 30 Conjurer + Level 15 Arcanist

Black Mage = Level 30 Thaumaturge + Level 15 Archer

Summoner = Level 30 Arcanist + Level 15 Thaumaturge

Scholar = Level 30 Arcanist +Level 15 Conjurer
