If you check the Youtube description you can see that this was run on a system with two hd4890 cards, wich are pretty old cards and in crysis the second card probably only adds about 60%-70% to the performance. So a ps4 would definitely be able to run this even if it was a pc, so that's not even counting in that the PS4 is a dedicated system.

Actually Crysis isn't the most efficient engine anyway, with a developr like Naughty Dog trying to get the most out of the system it will probably look even better.

4890 in Crossfire are around level of performance of 7850-7870 - considering that's what's inside PS4...
