PS4 downloads a portion of your game, makes it ready for play and download the rest.

Share button features and steaming features, though they probably had things like that in the works before the PS4 announcement

ohh so i cant play right away? but thats a really cool feature

Nope, that feature isn't via streaming surprisingly. It downloads a portion of the game (say, the first %10 or something), and then you can start playing that first bit while the rest downloads.
It's hard to say what they might copy. They copied several things from Nintendo last gen but since the Wii U seems to be a misfire at this point it's unlikely they'll copy much of anything from it. They didn't copy a damn thing from Sony last gen and they would likely have already thought up any good ideas the PS4 has so they might end up not copying anything from their competitors this time around.

Like I said, I think they'll stick with their kinect and glass interfaces. What's a plain old touch pad going to be used for anyway, mouse cursor? |
Like you know paint applications and stuff. Also during a game do you really want to pick up your phone to control menus?
I wouldn't be surprised if they announced an Xbox equivalent of the streaming feature the PS4 is set to have. Though hopefully they enlist TwitchTV for this and not ustream... I honestly can't understand Sony's logic in not partnering up with the dedicated gaming stream service (which might I add is actually a more popular streaming site than ustream in visiting numbers). Though perhaps they tried and failed during negotiations?
