I knew retal PS3 games wouldn't work, but considering your PSN account will be the same, I thought for sure digital titles would be able to be transferred over. That kinda sucks!

Dunno why anyone would expect something else. The problem is the same for both (disc and download), it's a game written for the Cell architecture.

Just PSN games will carry over PS4... Jouney, Flower, all PS2/PS1 games.

PSN games are PS3 games. Why would it be any different?

That's not a guarentee. They did hint that they will work on making some compatible but those are in the same boat as the full PS3 games. Otherwise those titles would be available on Vita too. Here's hoping they bring the good ones over, and quickly. The rest can be played on a PS3 and eventually on the cloud.



Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

Yep, Worms Armageddon, SF2 HD, and many others use the cell.

I'm not surprised. The Cell was a bad idea from the begining. Maybe Sony will give intensives to devs to port PS3 PSN games to PS4.

Yep, Worms Armageddon, SF2 HD, and many others use the cell.

They are coded to use it. It would take some work to port it to PS4 since the architechture is differnet. Not a whole lot of work, but still some nonetheless.

How did in gods name did you think that? Was it not obvious from the fact that is can't play ps3 games?? PSN games use the same cell processor!

Anyway this other article says any PS3 digital purchase can be support by PS4 in the could.
