This is from the Eurogamer interview, this sounds more like they might be considering charging a small fee to play used games.

But it could be a language barrier as well, we will have to wait until Sony confirms at E3 hopefully.

Why is it such a big deal?

If they charge a fee to play used games it could be a huge deal.

If Microsoft don't allow used games (which I think will not happen) This will look great for sony.

If both MS and Sony charge fees for used games, this will look even better for Nintendo.

This should come as a surprise to no-one, the fact people are celebrating something which we'd taken for granted since gaming began is quite worrying.

Still good to hear that nothing has changed on the pre-owned front, though.
