Hmmm...we saw a couple of RPGs, a couple of shooters, some racing games, puzzle and a bit of platforming, a 3D modeling tool that looked fantastic for me as someone that's gonna do 3D stuff for a living probably.
I believe it was a pretty balanced in terms of what it presented. Sure, it wasn't God of War, Uncharted and a continuous stream of AAA titles, but I think they've touched on just about everything you'll want for a console.

The PS4 looks good for a step forward. There's no realistic way of pleasing all gamers anymore...but it's ok so far.

Anyone watch Mark Reigns from Epic on Gametrailers? He said "Sony had definitely upped their game" and that he's really happy about the 8GB of RAM. He seems excited about the PS4 and that it's basically a PC.

Probably the best unveiling of a console I've ever seen. A huge improvement over the PS3 and they did a much better job than Nintendo did with the WiiU. I'm very excited for the console.

The meeting was 99% theoretical ideas and words being thrown at the viewers, and 1% content. I was very underwhelmed. Underwhelmed in the sense that I fear consoles will be doomed to be niche products as other forms of gaming "take over" the world.

SE and Capcom ruined it. It should be a bit shorter.

Overall it was OK but nothing groundbreaking. I think they should have shown a killer game or feature, I don't know. The early reveal was a bit unnecessary.
