3EYOND should remain a PS3-only game. I'd prefer a 100% new, unannounced IP for the PS4.

well we would all prefer that but i see no harm in this coming to PS4. this and the last of us if they come to ps4 they could be a deciding factor in 360 owners only who want to buy a next gen console to chose the ps4 over the next xbox.

Just because the devs are there, doesn't mean the games will be announced or even shown. It'd be cool, but I'm not getting my hopes up. What's the point, it's on it exactly 7 hours!

It would be pointless for so many devs to show up and not talk about their games. 

I agree, but I'm just saying that some devs may just be there because of an invite (we don't know who were sent them) or indeed a behind the scenes developer talk after the main event.

Almost certainly some will be there to talk about their games, but again, it's almost certain not all of them will.

beyond did already run on a ps4 at last e3 just with a ps3 case, that was the trick

btw you probably already saw/read that they uploaded the kara video a second time on youtube, maybe that will be a real project and on ps4 now.

No, all of them probably won't show something, but then, that was never a prediction in the first place. Some of them will have stuff, which is, at least for some of us, all people care about.

Nah I completely agree, and I'm really looking forward to seeing what they're going to announce (and of course to hopefully see them in action). I hope to see more of Watch Dogs and Beyond in particular, but I'm not going to start getting more hyped for the event when it's so close now.

The star of the event is the system itself, and I think we´ll surely get a look at some next gen 1st party games, that´s enough for me at the moment, though a handful of 3rd party titles will probably make an appearance, and then at E3 they´ll really take the stage.

Reserved hype is 100% understandable. It's one of the reasons I've been fairly quiet about it. I feel like Sony's focus has shifted back in the right direction, but with timid excitement, it could make the surprises all the stronger!

Agreed! I've been trying to avoid all rumours possible so that I wouldn't get over-excited about it and then run the risk of disappointment, but now...well it's so close! All of the answers will be there soon!

That makes me happy, believe it or not. I like Capybara Games--I assume that's what they mean.

On a side note, how is Polygon? I always forget about them.
