I think it will have all the PS3 library (PS2/PS1 are in PSN) plus some PC games... I think that's a pretty good library.

It wouldn't be all the PS3/PS2/PS1 libraries. It will be the ones that Sony can get on the service. The reason why is copyright issues, which is the same for NIntnendo's VC. Sometimes you don't know who owns the publishing rights in certin areas any more, some companies don't exist, and when they do there are bank who want to be paid a big flat sum so a company can have rights to the publishing. I would only expect around 10% of each console's library. A good example would be Darksiders Sony can't just put up the two titles and call it a day. The bank handling THQ's holdings would need to be paid, so I would not expect any of THQ's titles to be on the service.
