If there is going to be anything new introduced, I'm going to guess a tiered version of PS+. There will still be free online for multiplayer. It is still free on the Vita.

I'll more then likely (probably 100%) never pay for it if true, but I can't blame them if they decide to do this. It's too much revenue to ignore.

i would not be surprised at all for gaikai services to be a payed service. i'm fine with that as long as the service provided is worth the price. online multiplayer will (and better) remain free.

I think the basic online will still be free, PS World would basically be PS Plus and they could bring the cost of the console down with a contract
