I seriously doubt it will be on WiiU, but it would be neat.

I doubt even more it will be on the vita especyaly since it doesnt make sense for a always online game to be on a handheld. Only possibility is if Sony is planning something special between Ps4/Vita making a vita version possible but I doubt it.

could it be that it only means vita will get the app they showed for ios? so that xbox players can check stats and so on with smartglass and ps3 players with vita?

well it does make perfect sense from a gameplay perspective to get it on the vita. they said that they always want you to be connected and stuff and thats why they are making the smartphone apps to get updated. imagine if you could play the game on the go with your vita? you can access the game anywhere and play it anywhere
