From the few hours I've played of it so far, I've been loving it.

Why is that to be expected?

Good sales I guess, although I would have liked it to be more. Imagine a game like this made with Halo 4's budget. All cut-scenes hand drawn and voiced, variation in battle music, bigger world. Those 60 hours were over far too soon.

The question is, what are Xenoblade's true numbers?

This is only the sixth JRPG to break 100k on NPD. The other are ff13/13-2, dark souls, demons souls and lost Odyssey. All well know well advertised games except for demons souls.

Really good sales... I want my copy soon.
