I kinda agree with folks here, the period of judging games by the 90s mark is over, it clearly mattered during the first few years of the gen, it'll probably be popular again with the dawn of a new gen tho. But I learned that a lot of reviews can be bullshit and biased as fuck so I started trolling.

Btw, can you really tell the difference in quality between a 85 scoring game and 91? I can't.

Hmmm well I think both lists are pretty lame and if meta was actually a decent measure of quality it would be quite depressing. 360 has almost the entire list covered by 3 franchises, and PS3 relies on several last gen games to make up the numbers.

But my 2 favourite exclusives aren't there: Valkyria Chronicles and Demon's Souls. It is indeed fortunate that metacritic is only a braod guide.

No shit. It's a racing sim compared to a racing sim made by the same team of people. Forza Horizon is worlds apart from 3 and 4. How different is gt4 to gt3 bar graphics?

 

Compare most shooters to any cod, mostly the same, there has been a lot of that this/last gen.

 

AAA is budget, not Meta score.
