Nintendo probably cancelled the game themselves for breach of contract that states of all 3rd party multi-plats, Nintendo are the only ones allowed to get the watered down shit versions.

A week ago this would have caused quite the stir. Now I don't think anyone actually cares at all.

I think that maybe they should try to fix up the game, wait a while, and rerelease on Wii U. I think the game has potential, make it like the Demo was.
Oh my, two years of porting wasted. I wonder how high the costs were. Probably smaller than the image damage they already suffered^^
The way 3rd parties crap on Nintendo and its fans, even moreso now than usual, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.
The funny part is those that are right now basically saying 'meh was a bad game anyway i don't care that its not being released, at least it wont tarnish the wiiu name' - will be doing a 180 and saying 'ha it looks better than your 'hardcore consoles' should it actually see a release, despite them now saying it's a pile of poop not fit for their console.
Funny how that works.
Well, there is still a little time before the game releases on the Wii U, soooo...maybe Gearbox can fix the problems and make it a decent game so it can be the "definitive" version after all? Hmm, I may be wishful thinking with this thought. Lol
well with the reviews it wont sell well on ps3 and 360 so imagine on the wii-u?

This entire project has been such a huge disappointment. I remember being so excited for this game -- on all systems -- in 2012. A first-person shooter with four-player co-op described as the true sequel to James Cameron's Aliens? Talk about a dream game. Now it's getting panned and possibly cancelled on Wii U.
How does this happen? How can Gearbox be capable of such brilliance and such ineptitude all at once?
