If they are counting the other series then it could be 20 hours or more.
I would take this to mean about 15-20 hours
My recent playthrough of Jak II took less than 20 hours and that was including a large number of sidemissions. I guess when they say length of campaign, they are just considering the main story, not any of the offshoots
Isn't Last of Us more open? Correct me if I am wrong.
I would also love a branching story and multiple endings and the game play that I have watched. You can play it differently when you replay it. XD

It is still linear, there is just an open approach to gameplay situations as far as I can tell
