I was checking the update for PSN this week. As I was looking under Plus I could have sworn that the new Alien Breed game was free for Plus so I clicked it and it said download so I did. No confirm purchase or anything it just downloads. Just checked my wallet for PSN a few mins ago and sure enough I'm missing $10 so I'm thinking what the fuck? I already know what games I've recently put in and I just had $79 left after buying Dragonborn. I look in my download history and there is nothing else recently besides Alien Breed which as I said I never had to confirm purchase. As PSN was updating I could have sworn it said for Plus or just marked with a Plus sign so I checked it. I know I NEVER confirmed any purchase. It went straight to downloading. I check this weeks update for the PSN and of course Alien Breed is fucking 10 dollars exactly what I'm missing. I would never ever waste 10 fucking dollars on this. The trilogy looks cool at the most I'd buy the full trilogy for $10 but not for one of these fucking games. What am I supposed to do? Can I do anything?

Don't think they ever said it was free. But PS+ gets a discount I think

if you have an issue like this, i would suggest you send an email to sony their webtsite, there technical support can be very helpful and they dont take much to reply. if i remember correctly like a day or so

Is the game supposed to be free with PS+? If so contact Sony customer service and explain what happened. They should be able to check your account and see if a glitch occurred, they should be able to fix it. If it's not part of PS+ and you bought it by mistake but didn't get the confirmation window then they may be able to see what happened by checking your account and refund your money.

I could have sworn there is at least a discount. I remember clinking on it because it had a Plus symbol or it was under Plus. It said download so I did and it went straight to download, no confirm purchase. I contacted the PlayStation knowledge center but I doubt they will do anything.

Edit: Yes it's under Plus I just looked. I don't remember the price ever being shown for it. I can clearly see which games are free and which aren't. I see that NHL 13, Critter Crunch and other games have a discounted price. This was exactly as the PSN update was going live so I'm afraid it was a technical glitch where the price wasn't being shown then yet it was there. This fucking sucks.

No. I emailed them directly. Thank you though! I was worried maybe I did screw up but I know I didn't now. I was just thinking it never said add to cart either just download.

Try contacting PlayStation about it.

I already did. I'm not the only one. There was actually a few games that were briefly listed as free.
