99% chance of KZ4 and 100% chance of Uncharted 4?

LMAO.... I think you are forgetting that KZ2 and GT5 were supposed to be released in the first year PS3 came out.

Nothing is certain at this point. We don't even know KZ4 is what GG is working on. It may be a new IP.

Things that point to Sony making sure titles like KZ are their for launch...

-Vita's current troubles, they at least got Uncharted GA at the start which was a big plus.

-PS3 had big issue at launch due to nothing big releasing at the same time.

-Stiffer competition than previous gens which makes it required they release the big stuff early.

Reasons to believe GG will be releasing KZ4....

-KZ:Merc for Vita's Sept 17 release.....right around where Orbis is expected to launch....

-AC:L and AC3 launched same day, as did COD Declass.

-KZ represents something for Sony, we know they like to flaunt their products as Show pieces of their hardware.

-GG hinted at it over the Holidays.

Given, it might not be KZ that GG is releasing, but they assuredly have Something that is releasing intime for launch, hence the 99%. Uncharted will be their within the first year, mark my words. They wanted the first for launch but missed it and it hit the following year, it was there for Vita luanch, etc. Thats like WiiU not having a Mario or NextBox not having a Halo within the 1st year, complete suicide :/

killzone 4 uncharted 4 gt6 this is wish full thinking

At least 1 or 2 of these are hitting launch, there are no if ands or buts about it. Why would Sony let another console launch go buy without one of their biggest heavy hitters there for the send off? What do you honestly think will release if not one of those?

TG6 is the only one that seems in the slightest bit wishful to be honest, and that is only because Polyphony are SLOOOWWWW.Yet Orbis development will assuredly be a lot easier on Devs than PS3 was. ND have proven to be very promptu with their releases. U2 came 2 years after U1, same for KZ3 from GG. If we follow some of you guy's logic, what the hell have these studios been doing for the last 2 years if not making Next Gen stuff?

i want to see wht Agent is if it hasn't been cancelled.

this list is perfect. i'd like to see every Sony big ip release with in 2 yr's of the launch of PSnext.

add infamous to the list. that way Sony will have and exclusive in every genre with'n the launch window.

O crap, forgot about InFamous. We haven't heard from them in a long while. Sucker Punch really won my heart with that series. There was a rumour shortly after the Vita launched that an InFamous title would be coming to it. Who knows. I would really like to see a Vita entry, as touch controls could be super awesome for that game.

yea i can imagine how Infamous would play on Vita. Suckerpunch is working on an new ip. likely a launch title for PSNext.

I agree with most of it...

How would Uncharted 4 not hit within a year of the console's release? Mind you, this means by the system's anniversary next year.

Launch window= Within the first 3 months

1st year Window= Sept 17( or whenever it releases)- Sept 17, 2014.

The time gap between ND releases have been 2 years since UC1 in 2007.

Since they are releasing TLoU in 2013. I don't expect UC4 to be released until 2015.

They have two teams now. Presumably the second one is making Uncharted 4. For launch. Just like in my dream!

Which means Final Fantasy VII Remake confirmed.

here is my view on the matter and possible games that would release within the first year

-naughty dog (uncharted team) released UC3 in 2011, so by 2014 they would have had enough time to release a new game on with a 3 year development cycle
- media molecule, LBP2 released in Q1 2011 and they are making two games now, tear away and another one is a "mystery" they teased that on their website
-sucker punch infamous2 mid 2011, so a mid 2014 release window for a new IP or infamous3 is likely as well (3 year development cycle)
- santa monica, they are making GoW: A but the thing is the director of GoW3 stig asmussen asmussen isnt working on GoW: A. when SSM was asked about stig they replied that stig was working on some awesome stuff. that means he didnt leave and a high profile developer like him wouldnt go on and just help out with games like starhawk or PS all starts. its very likely that they have another team and most probably working on a PS4 game.
- Guerrilla Games - reportedly a two team studio as well now, making killzone 4 and a new IP. killzone3 released in Q1 2011 so thats about two and half years to release a game and more time to release the other if they were releasing a game as a launch tittle
- Ready At Dawn, they made the Two GoW games on the PSP and are now making a "next gen" game. it was said before that its an action adventure tittle, GoW ghost of sparta released in 2010, so they would have had more than enough time to make their game by launch date
- polyphony digital. Gran Turismo 5 released in 2010, they didnt release anything since. so by the release of the PS4 late this year they would have had 3 years to be already working on the game. the release of GT6 is very likely to happen in the first two years of the console, unless they are fully focused on a vita version.
- Quantic Dream, There last game released early 2010 since then they been working on Beyond: Two souls which will release either Q3 or Q4 this year, this pretty much killed the possibility of PS4 game anytime soon, but a couple of weeks ago it leaked that they registered the domain for SingularityPS4.com which suggests that they are now two teams at QD, like many other sony developers. this is all up in the air though, it could be that david cage already knows what he is gonna do next and just registed the domain now.
- Evolution Studio's - previously worked on the motorstorm games, they teased on twitter saying "10 days" 10 days before the sony meeting on the 20th of feb, suggesting that they will reveal their game in the confrence

Why no faith for Last of Us/Puppeteer/Last Guardian?

The PS2 got big exclusives after the PS3 launched and they didn't get ported to the PS3 (Final Fantay XII, God of War 2...etc)

The PS3 will keep selling better than next-gen consoles like the ps2 did. So, it's seems stupid port them. it won't sell that much on the PS4. (I may be wrong)

About The Last Guardian, the rumors say it's pretty much cancelled , we havent heard anything about it in 3 years.

We have heard about it.
The last time they said they have technical issues with the PS3 cause TLG needs more power.
So it is a good possibility they moved the game over to the PS4 cause if a game is too good looking for the PS3 it is probably good enough for an early PS4 Game.

There are far to many things Sony could show.
Most of their studios are working right now with 2 teams on new games and even new IPs.
Depends if Sony wants to beast out 20-30 Exclusives every year worldwide like they are doing now or want to go the easy way like some other competitor with 1-2 games per year.
But its to hard to pick what i would want to see - They only have good IPs that are mostly unique and from so many different genres.
