Considering I was too keen on the multiplayer demo this kind of seals it for me. Shame, the first time a played it a (minor) gaming convention last year it seemed much better.

5h? 5 HOURS? Crytek should really stop putting all the efforts into making stunning graphics and more into actual gameplay... Disgusted.

The MP has to be really good to justify the money spent on it.

Why should the lenght influence the rating?Crysis 2 could be finished too in just 5-7 hours.My 2nd run on a harder difficulty was finished in 2 hours with the stealth ability.
The game itself seems to be good - 5 hours of fun maybe.

I rather have 5 hours of 100% awesomness than 10-20 hours of garbage.
And to be honest i don't think Crytek is able to do more with the limitations of the consoles.
They surely could have released an Open World Game with the best possible graphics....but only on PC.And please don't come with GTA,RDR or something like that.We all can only imagine how an "all out" CryEngine 3 Open World game would look but it is surely at least 2-3 Gens ahead like Crysis1 was.
They don't want that - They want the money of the console people for the lowest amount of work.
Crytek is one of the most dissapointing teams in this Gen - They destroyed their hype around their graphicperformance to create some lame hallwayshooters with a CoD MP wannabe.

If it's really 5h long I'm getting Killzone 3 instead and play some PSN+ stuff untill Tomb Raider comes out.

It didn't unlock for me either, because I didn't "play" the prologue. Another method would be replaying the last level.


OT:
I have no problem with that length as I enjoyed Crysis 2 enough to replay it on a higher difficulty, which I certainly don't do with a lot of games.
First playthrough was mostly killing everything in sight, supersoldier playthrough was stealthy.

I did over a year ago. No luck. I re-played the intro on SS, the first level on SS and even went to do the last level on SS and nothing unlocked. Don't feel like going through the game again on a seperate save so it's just another game that I won't 1000/1000. Gonna work on Dead Space 3 now.

I'll get Crysis 3 eventually, It just depends on how good the MP community ends up being and how good it is compared to Halo 4, because I can't spent $60 on a 5 hour FPS campaign. Maybe Castlevania or Megaman but I'm not a fan of short FPS games if the multiplayer doesn't help

Course this can all be negated if It's one of the best campaigns ever even at 5 hours.
