Why so?  Three things that I am actually very open minded that people rent.  Used game sells.  It hurts the developers, and I prefer to support them.  Screw Gamestop.  Internet connection to register games seems fine to me.  All software pretty much uses this strategy except movies and games.  Now that we are in the cyberage i dont see it as being a big deal to register your products.  And  combining casual and hardcore markets.  That can only be good for the gaming industry as it is an expansion.  Just dont abandon the core games who helped you get here either.  

These things will hurt sales a little yes but it wont effect me personally. it is also doubtful that MSFT or sony has the guts to do it.  I could see them making a deal with each other in the future and both doing it at the same time.  Also something i am open about is digital media.  I forgot about that.

Ignorance. So I assume you will never buy a used home because that would hurt the construction business. Or a used car. You better not go over to someone elses house and watch their bluray... otherwise the movie studio doesnt get their $$.

If it does require constant online, that's not going to work out for the millions without good internet, or any internet at all. And banning used games will hurt sales, both HW and SW.

Many 360 gamers are either going to be really pissed, or really hypocritical.

As for the mandatory Kinect, it doesn't seem that bad if it comes with every system. It also sounds like they made real improvements over the original, which was a beta model at best. I mean, it can track thumbs people......THUMBS! That's pretty impressive if it's true.

Come February 20th we will know if he was lying about the PS4. Then soon after the 720 will be unveiled and his rumors will be proven to be a giant lie.

LMAO!  Was about to post the same thing.  As if an external camera is the same thing as the internal disc drive.  Trust me, if this stuff is true, MS is screwing themselves over HARD!  Especially with the core market.
