The game is outstanding!

Graphics - For me the best on Consoles, the Snow, the environments, the characters, the guns and the mosnter - this is one hell out of a good looking game - JAW DROPPING!

Gameplay - Better than ever, more fluid and fast paced! A little less terror than Dead Space 2 but doesnt stop this game from being amazing!

Sound - Some of the best sound of any game, sounds amazing just like it plays!

Im playing now on new games plus with all the crafted weapons and skills i´ve earn, Impossible game difficulty but its rather easy because my weapons are really strong, next is classic mode.

Also the game is way bigger than Dead Space 2 and Dead Space Original - it took me around 13-14h to complete 1st playtrough.

Dead Space war aound 7h and Dead Space 2 around 10h if im correct.

Dead Space is a great series, I think the second one isn't as good, but the third one should be fun.

Is it any different than part 1 and 2?

Like is there any exploration? or is it still pretty much on rails (map tells you where to go). Cheap scares still all over the place?

So i should buy it? Make me! MWAHAWHAHAHA!

Now, seriously, i don't buy games from EA since 2007. Well, except for Dead Space 2... Anyway, no, thanks.

You really think it's the best looking game on consoles, even some of the exclusive games (Halo, Uncharted, God of War etc)??

It's different, but not so different, that you'd like it. I don't recommend it if you didn't like the first 2.

It has more exploration sometimes you can go spacewalking finding loot, audio logs and treasure caches that are lot farther away from objectives than before. The crafting's pretty nifty too. Map still tells you where main objective is.

There's less jump scares and scares in general. But it's still really atmospheric.

I always thought Dead Space games visuals were underrated.

Also, I thought the demo wasn't as bad as people made it out to be. I'll pick this up, but not at full price.

Gotcha. yeah im not slamming the parts 1 and 2...they just werent my cup of tea for the resons listed above. Ill probably try this when its 20 bucks down the road...
