EXACTLY. That is Sony's problem, they rely too heavily on 3rd party. They need 1st party support, it doesn't look like they're going to get it. This is due not only to Sony being Sony...

Fixed for you again.  You keep making mistakes.  You should start proofreading.

Sony is maikng money on PS3. Are you stuck in 2006?

Vita is selling horribly, but it is not one of Sony's pillars. Besides they are focusing on profitability instead of marketshare.

PS All Stars and LBP K are both NEW IP. Yes, they sold poorly but then again did you expect them to sell on the level of Smash Bros and Mario Kart? I sure didn't. At least Sony is creating new IP, something which seems to be a foreign concept to Nintendo.

Yes, PS4 will be one hell of a console. Why? Because the PS3 is amazing and PS4 will be 10x as amazing in every aspect.

I'd actually argue that PS All Stars and LBP K ARE NOT new IP.  In fact, LPB K is DEFINITELY not a new IP - it's just a spin off.

Holy cats and dogs, the overreactions are breathtaking. Seriously? Wow.

So I guess we are at the part where Nintendo fans, Wii U owners especially, need to discuss the Vita in order to make themselves feel better. It's understandable but don't worry guys, Nintendo's concoction and remakes of old standby's will rescue the system from its irrelevancy.

I'm not sure where you're coming from, and your post is flamebait.

Its not flamebait.  IGN is saying that the Wii U will struggle to remain revelant, Im saying that Nintendo's old standbys will prevent that from happening.  It worked for the gamecube didn't it?

Pfft, the Wii U has much more exclusives than just Rayman Legends!......We do, right...?

EXACTLY. That is NIntendo's problem, they rely too heavily on 1st party. They need 3rd party support, it doesn't look like they're going to get it. This is due not only to Nintendo being Nintendo, but it is also due to the Wii U being not powerful enough for next-gen ports and too custumized for current-gen ports. To top that all of, that Wii U gamepad means devs have to be creative with Wii U games. It means extra work so a lot of times, it's not worth it.

I don't think Nintendo's amazing Third Party exclusives have ever improved their sales.
