Or is the WiiU really turning out to be a graveyard for third parties? Pretty much every third party game has sold atrociously on the console... Most haven't even registered on the sales list in Japan despite being launch titles.

If you're a fan then why would you bother to wait? Plus they didn't release a Treasure Box version of the game. I'm a fan of the manga/anime and I completed the first game 100% on the 360. When the new one released I picked up the 360 Treasure Box version. (Everything is the same as the picture below except the game was the 360 version.)

Well the Wii U doesn't seem to be having a magical resurgence as many people hoped.  It is going to be a rough road until DQX.

Also looks like the Wii U will stay below the vita aligned for another week.  It did 13,939 in week 9 (MC).

Using Media Create numbers.  At their respective launches the PS3 had 11.4x more more install base to sell to.  First week on PS3 was at least 18.9x higher than first week on Wii U.  Since it didn't make the Media Create top 20, that is using the sales of the bottom game, 6,166.

Well PS All Stars bombed, as expected.

Aside from that it seems near-identical to last week. Next week will be interesting though.

PS3 goin down-town!

Usually its the japanese gap that sways PS3 globally every week. Now the global gap will be that much smaller.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

So everyone bought it on the PS3, as you'd expect. If it was launched for both at the same time I'm sure we'd see something different.

You know 360 sales in Japan are greater then 360 sales in say Austrailia. Maybe MS should just pull out of Austrailia....why bother right?

The difference in gap from last week is

Media Create: 435

Famitsu: 915

Basically statistical noise in the WW numbers.
