They're hiring for people with HD experience too btw. Right now the Kyoto team is expanding in general so it could still come this year. They've been hiring since Feb 2012 actually.

That leaked artwork looked VERY Baten Kaitos. I'd be fine if it were scrapped though, Baten Kaitos was okay but it would be a waste to work on a new one rather than deliver new and more interesting IPs.
