Because it is not a end of the year release... it's just a May release for PS3... so when PS4 is launched the hype with TLoU will be low for a port launch but a "HD Collection" together with all Uncharted I can see in the future.

A Planetside 2 port for PS4 launch is a logical assumption too . Would make sony have a big FPS at launch.
