A Link to the Past (That was by far the best Zelda for me... I liked the eagle perspective of the 1st and 3rd Zelda and didn't really like the change to 3rd Person View).

Panzer Dragoon Saga.

It's a good game, and I think its style of play fits in better with the cinematic style of current games, than with its contemporaries.

If they could add in some more content to make the story less disjointed, it would easily be one of the best games for modern systems, and it would be a fresh experience for most players as well.
