I would like to know if your game purchases from last gen increased or decreased? Here's my breakdown for example:

Xbox=88 games, Xbox 360=402 games: INCREASED of 356%

GameCube=56 games, Wii=48 games: DECREASED of 14%

PS2=302 games, PS3=41 games: DECREASED of 86%

Dreamcast=32 games, NO SEGA Console :( DECREASED of 100%

Last gen total=474 games

This gen total=491 games

So I purchase more games this gen then last gen.

I was happier with my GameCube and PS2 Collection compared to my Wii Collection. Let's put it at that.

So pretty much the same, although i enjoyed the last generation more :)

More like 2,000 games.

It increased, a lot. Last gen started when I only had money to buy 1 home system and 1 game every 2 months, and I experimented a little by buying a handheld for the first time.

This time only 1 system for most of the gen but way more games (1 every month), handheld almost from the start with more games and a secondary system given as a present. So it increased a lot.

For my next-gen I forsee a reduction in the number of titles, around 30% less because I already don't have much free time and my backlog is getting bigger not smaller, so I am aware that I need to buy less games, otherwise I am just becoming a collector and not a gamer.
