I would have been surprised if this WASN'T at full-price because this game doesn't look like it was a lazy port/remake.

Why? Every Zelda after OoT was the same, and Wind Waker HD has twice as good visuals as the original, so logically, by buying Wind Waker HD, you're getting the equivalent of a spare Ocarina of Time in addition to your Wind Waker.
