my friends don't like this movie because they don't like black/white movies

blade runner
when people hear the word sci-fi they expect something like star wars or star crap, maybe something like 2001 but not a film noir like detective story without space ships, light swords or laser guns.

I liked the 1st and 3rd Transformers.  And as a hardcore Transformers fan, these words I speak are supposely are of the devil.

I don't love it though nor do I think more people SHOULD enjoy them...

I just enjoyed seeing them on the big screen, even if it wasn't the way most fans would have envisioned the series, me included.  Just not to the point the fans go.

I love all 3 films. And Bumble-bee is one of my fave film characters. I was close to tears in the 3rd film when he was about to be executed!! I love that robot! I'm proud to say all this.

Agreed.  Was a great scene.

I'm lukewarm on the 2nd film.  When its good, its good (Forest Fight = nerdgasm).  When its bad?  It crashes and burns hard (Too many to list).

People slag it off, but that was an amazing scene! The 2nd is the worst of the 3, but some people seem to expect every film is gonna be an epic! Its a film about transforming robots!!!

Probably the Star Wars prequels. Lots of plotholes but so far they are my chance of witnessing SW with modern special effects.

I forgot about those. I still do not understand the hate. The third one was incredible and slightly emotive.

Episode 3 was great, would have been even better without the awkward and dull love story! The final fight between Anakin & Obi-wan was epic!

Yeah, so it was, very little at all that I could explicitly point out and claim "but that's awkard / doesn't work!". The two others also had really good basic premises and could be fixed relatively easily... if someone had bothered to point out the obvious flaws to GL before he went on with the whole mess.

Search for "what if star wars episode 1 was good" on Youtube to see what I mean.

... don't judge me.

What?!?!? But I must judge because of that!

I said don't judge me for a reason, that reason was so that you don't judge me! Ho hum.

Loved Cars so much too. Better than Up and Wall-E imo

You were going up in my list of favorite VGC'ers... but boy did that statement make you go down.
