Awesome...so many games! 35 16.13%

Really good, there are several I want. 60 27.65%

One or two games interest me. 32 14.75%

Meh...I don't like Nintendo. 20 9.22%

It's not fair they took Bayonetta 2!!! 3 1.38%

I only play COD. 1 0.46%

Total:217

There are a handful of games that interest me that are probably coming this year, I wouldn't say several. Monster Hunter is a big one for me. Even though its a remake, I'm looking forward to seeing it in glorious HD and plus I feel the gamepad is tailor made for that game. Then there's Rayman, Pikmin, Wonderful 101, and Yoshi. That's essentially all I care about this year, in addition to NSMB. I don't think 3D Mario or Mario Kart make it this year knowing Nintendo and positive Smash won't.

2014 and beyond is when things really start to get interesting for me, as that's probably when we see the bigger guns Like Dragon Quest, 3D Mario, Mario Kart, SSB, X, etc. That will be the year I probably get a Wii U because by then there will likely be a price drop and the lineup for 2014 looks much stronger than this year.

So you expect them to go to Q2 with just Wind Waker HD and Yoshi?

You're going to be disappointed if you think all those games will release this year. A lot of disappointment.

I can tell you that Project X, SSBU, Metroid U, and (possibly) Retro's game aren't releasing this year. Most of those games have barely been announced let alone shown off to the public.

Mario Kart U, Wind Waker HD, and maybe that Yoshi game will come out this year.

With the recent Nintendo Direct, we now know that Mario3D, MarioKart, WiiUParty, WWHD, Retro game, X, SSB4, Bayonetta 2 and even ZeldaU are well into development. In particular we know that Mario 3D and Kart will be playable by June, WW will release by fall and X is already showable while SSB will be soon. So, if we assume they are saving Retro's game to be reavealed at e3 - which makes sense since it is likely a western-focused game - and that it is getting close to completion, there is a lot of content ready to be released in the coming year or so. It's not a stretch that after the summer releases of games like W101, WiiUPlay and WiiUFit we could see:

Super Mario Universe

MarioKart8

Wind Waker HD

Metroid

...all released this fall or soon after. That hits up what people like to call all of Nintendo's big franchises in one season. And they could follow that up with X, SSB4 and Bayonetta 2 before, during or soon after that period. To me that's a crazy amount of high-end content, and it's all first-party. 7 1st party games I would want to buy in one year. I've never seen a stretch like that before. I think it's pretty amazing, and when they talk about 3rd party content it could be game overload. What do you think?

Well they DID say they'd have a Direct consisting of 3rd party Wii U titles, and so far "Resident Evil" and 'Yoshi', both hinted at on the MiiVerse hack, turned out to be legit.  If that's true, then Final Fantasy and Metal Gear could very well be in development for WiiU.

Third party developers need to step up. Nintendo can't do it alone this time. They need to create the new engines to develop for the Wii U in HD, and then create the games to develop it. Third party developers has the chance and they have to capitalize.

Yes, and the good news is that Nintendo knows it.

I just want Endless Ocean U.

Great point about the info in the hack being true... I totally forgot. We really could be seeing Metal Gear and Final Fantasy anounced soon. Wow.

I don't know if I would go that far, but it does lend some credibility.
