i wouldnt count on BC

The PS2 had it for it's entire life time by including both chips. The PS3 had it as launch, by including the chips as well. The cell is cheap enough at this point to throw into the PS4 and not have it affect cost THAT much. If they want, they could release two versions. One higher end version with it, and one cheaper version without. Either way, I'd be happy.
