As long as it plays better than 4 it should be okay. Games like Saints Row 3 and Sleeping Dogs have both done well in terms of fun factor compared to GTA4. Driving and shooting mechanics need to be improved to. Rest should be good old GTA magic. 

And this game will likely get a mod like I ice. Making this look better than 4 with it.

But yeah, hopefully the gameplays better. I loved sleeping dogs, it was a bit short and small though.
